Returns

We do not accept any returns, once the parcel has been shipped the liability of damaged goods is due to our Courier. If however the reason for return is due to the fault of E.P.Patisserie, we will happily resolve this.

Due to the nature of our business and products we sell, unless damaged by us, no items that we sell are eligible for a refund/return

If our products arrived damaged, of less quality or contaminated in any way by our company, please contact us right away and we will be happy to send a free replacement.

All orders are made to order and therefore we cannot put an exact amount of time on when your order will be posted and received by you. All orders are received immediately. We aim for 7-10 days posted and 5-7 days locally delivered.

We do not ship on Sunday or Local/Public Holidays.

We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro cards and Visa debit cards

Online orders can be paid by debit/credit card.

Order Confirmations

You'll receive an email confirming receipt of your order to the email address you provided. We reserve the right to decline any order. All orders are accepted subject to our Terms and Conditions.

Shipping Methods and Charges

Selected Delivery Date £2.99

Sent Next Day delivery for your chosen date.

Second Class Royal Mail £1.50

Aimed to be sent in 5-7 days, ordered received on Sundays will not be acknowledged till the next day (Monday).

Local Delivery £1

Aimed to be out for delivery in 7-10 days. An email will be provided when they are going to be delivered that day.

 

FREE Pick Up

A map to help you navigate where we are based will be sent on a confirmation email, we advise you to use this as some roads Sat Navs take you down are unsuitable for vehicles and we accept no responsibility if you car is damaged on the way.

Lost Parcels

If a parcel is lost/­undelivered please advise us as soon as possible so we can inform our courier of the missing parcel.
